Live · A Zincan Venture

Swim film, read like a dolphindolfilm.

Drop your swim film, get the whole story. Upload a clip and pick the analysis you want — the stroke, the race, or a broadcast announcer calling your swim. $7 each, mix and match.

À la carte

Pick what you want to know

Three separate reads, each priced on its own. The numbers are for the coach; the call is for everybody else.

Stroke analysis

A pose model follows the body through the water frame by frame: stroke rate and distance per cycle, left/right symmetry and body roll, kick tempo, streamline depth, and breakout distance off every wall.

Race analysis

The whole race, split by split. A pace curve per length, turn time in and out of every wall, first-50-versus-last-50 fade, and stroke count drift as the swimmer tires.

Broadcast announcer

The fun one. An announcer calls the swim like a championship final, voiced over the swimmer's own footage and timed to their real splits — the part that gets sent to grandparents.

À la carte, $7 each

Three separate reads, priced on their own. Order one or build a plate. No subscription, no credits, no auto-renew — you pay for the analyses you actually pick.

A phone and a pool deck

No rig, no sensors, no special camera. Film at water level from the side, drag the clip in, say which lane — dolfilm works out the stroke itself.

Measured, or it doesn't say it

Every number the announcer reads is one that was measured. Footage the tracker cannot trust comes back with those metrics gated and named, rather than guessed at.

How it works

Pool deck to inbox

Four steps, one of which is just waiting for a dolphin to finish reading.

  1. 1

    Film it from the deck

A phone at the water line, tracking alongside the swimmer. No rig, no sensors, no special camera.

  2. 2

    Pick your analyses

Drag the clip in, say which lane you are in, and choose what you want to know. $7 each.

  3. 3

    The dolphin reads the water

Every frame tracked, the swim measured, the call written. About twenty minutes.

  4. 4

    Check your inbox

A link lands in your email. Open it anywhere — send it to a coach, a grandparent, or straight to your story.

Filming 101

Better film, better numbers

Lower, closer footage gives the pose tracker cleaner keypoints, which means more metrics come back measured instead of gated.

Best

Underwater

The best of all. Underwater footage tracks the body far better than above-water splash — every keypoint stays visible.

Best

Deck height, at the water line

Follow the swimmer from the side, low and close. Clean keypoints mean more measured metrics and fewer gated numbers.

Limited

Elevated from the stands

Shooting down hides the far arm and confuses left from right. dolfilm still analyses it — and says honestly which numbers it could not trust.
